As part of the development of the Plan of prevention of the University of Alicante, the evaluation of psychosocial risks is a key aspect for the establishment of a culture of prevention among the staff of the University Institute of electrochemistry which facilitates the existence of a friendly working environment.
The measures put in place include those related to:
The recognition of the contribution of the staff of the Institute in the achievement of the objectives of the same.
The existence of internal communication channels that enable the exchanges between members of the Institute of the information generated inside and outside the same and set out in its communication plan.
Knowledge and application, between members of the Institute's procedures for the settlement of conflicts (both personal and business), as well as the existence of mechanisms of control and/or monitoring by managers that prevent risk situations.
